The service

TripYara helps you plan trips: it generates itineraries and provides route, fuel, packing, safety and other travel information. TripYara is currently free and does not sell bookings or take payments.

Travel information is guidance, not a guarantee

• Itineraries are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Distances, times, fuel and cost figures are estimates.
• Roads, weather, permits, prices and opening hours change. Always confirm important details with official or local sources before and during your trip.
• You are responsible for your own safety and decisions while travelling, including following traffic laws and local rules.

Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no scraping, and no submitting false reports about places.

Your content

You own the trips, notes and other content you add. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, including showing it to people you share a trip with.

Third-party services

Maps, place information and weather come from third-party providers and are subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TripYara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its information.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
